Ethan Berleman, a PSU student, laments the failure of Measure 28, which would have increased funding for Oregon Public schools by over $300 million in the first year. The measure was struck down 54 percent to 46 percent, Tuesday, in one of the biggest special elections in Oregon’s history.

“I just felt I had to say something,” Berleman said.
