Millar Library
At about 6:50 p.m. Portland State University was advised by Portland Police Bureau that they were responding to a student being threatened by a man with a gun. PPB cleared Millar Library, Neuberger Hall, Cramer Hall and Smith Memorial Student Union. The suspect was not located.

Criminal damage/Theft
Parking Structure Three
A student’s Honda Accord had its rear, passenger side windows smashed. An empty, blue Nike backpack was stolen.

Protest
Park Blocks
Shortly after 11:30 p.m., 40–50 anti-Trump protesters left campus and marched north on city streets. Loud but peaceful, the protesters marched for hours and grew in number to several hundred. About 5 a.m. they returned to campus, gave a final speech and dispersed.

Homeless encampments
SW Montgomery/SW 13
Campus Public Safety was advised by PPB that the homeless campers at SW Montgomery are gone and that those at SW 13th have been given to Nov. 15 to depart or the offense of Disorderly Conduct will be pursued.

Attempted sex abuse
SW Broadway and SW College
A student reported that at about 8 p.m. a male tried to grab her genitals.

Criminal mischief/Extensive graffiti
Ondine Building, Parking Structures One and Two, Academic and Student Recreation Center and a patrol vehicle
Marching protesters extensively spread graffiti in their path, much of which was indistinguishable. Clearly discernible and repetitive was: “This was our land” and “F*** Trump.” CPSO’s unit 3 patrol car was discovered with graffiti on the front driver wheel, and “F*** COPS” on the passenger rear door panel.

Theft, Credit card fraud
Ondine
A student had his cell phone and wallet sitting on a table. Then they were gone. He discovered activity on his debit and credit accounts. CPS Officer Chris Fischer obtained a video from Nordstrom showing a fraudulent transaction.

Nov. 13

Telephonic harassment
A student reported that a man she’d dated was incessantly sending her inappropriate messages, even though she’d asked him several times to cease all communication with her.
