The Federal Communications Commission is expected to consider and vote on the proposed relaxation of some laws governing media monopolies, in June. Khalsa and other classmates from Mindy Holliday’s community organizing class in the School of Social Work handed out fliers urging students to write letters to local media, government officials and the FCC opposing any relaxation.
