Symphonic sound in the afternoon sun

Yesterday at noon the Portland State University Orchestra performed as part of the “Art in Spring” Arts and Culture Festival being held through May 16 in the Park Blocks. The festival is a weeklong celebration featuring artwork and musical performances from students here at PSU.
