Art in Spring rocks

KPSU DJs Slowburn (left) and Miracle Miles helped kick off Art in Spring yesterday in the Park Blocks with some tunes and plenty of art. The concert was an extension of a KPSU outreach program to better connect students with the radio station.

“The main thing is outreach,” said Adam Carpinelli, DJ and assistant music director at KPSU. “We’re a campus resource for the students.”

The Station held a hip-hop concert Sunday as part of the program and hopes to be back out in the Park Blocks on Wednesday.
