ASPSU elections are quickly approaching

The start of the new year means ASPSU elections are quickly approaching, as is the deadline for candidate applications. Students interested in vying for positions within PSU’s student government can apply to run for the office of student senator, Student Body President and Vice President, or as Student Fee Committee member and SFC Chair.

Election Timeline:

February 4 – Candidate Orientation from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

February 5 – Candidate Orientation from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. 7 p.m.

February 6 — Candidate Orientation from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

February 6 – Election applications are due by 2 p.m.

March 1 – SFC Chair Debate 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

March 2 – Senate/SFC Members forum 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.

March 4 – President & V.P. debate 12 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

March 10 – Elections Polls open at 8 a.m.

March 11 – Elections continue

March 12 – Election polls close at 5 p.m.
